I would like to introduce myself and my company. I have been established in the Real Estate industry since 1977. I began as a salesperson and immediately, I became a broker. I started working with a franchise, but decided that such an affiliation was not the best way to provide quality and professional service to my clients and customers.

Carole Novick Realty began in 1981. We started out with an office in Pomona. In spite of weak market conditions, business grew rapidly and in 1983, we opened a second location at 708 North Main Street, Spring Valley, New York. We were located in a cute, red barn, just south of New Hempstead Road.

In 1990, we moved our second office to 120 North Main Street, New City, New York. In the same year, we moved the Pomona office to larger quarters. In 1994 we moved up the road to 230 North Main Street, New City, NY.

We do business throughout Rockland County and beyond. We do not limit our coverage but I concentrate in the Rockland County area. We specialize in land and new construction primarily in residential sales.  Now our HGMLS system has grown to a huge area including NYC and Long Island so access to more areas is easy.

Our primary business is residential, but select agents and I will handle commercial properties as well. We can also assist you with your financing needs. In the past, I was a loan officer, but now I refer my loans to qualified representatives. We have been known to get very creative, when necessary. Sometimes the creative offerings will help to bring you a greater return on your investment.

Our approach to this industry is quality and service. We do not want to take your listing, just to say that we have a large number of listings. We will provide you with quality assistance all the way to the closing.

People tell me that our reputation is impeccable. Those who ask around, always receive a favorably response. We have been a Realtor office since the inception of the company even though years ago we did not have a Realtor MLS in this area. We were members of the Rockland County Multiple Listing System until July 1, 1998. Then a new Realtor system, The Greater Hudson Valley Multiple Listing Service was formed. Now we are a huge system that covers a much broader area.  The HGMLS is the Hudson Gateway system which keeps growing in our coverage areas. This is beneficial to both buyers and sellers.  It provides you with exposure of your property to many more brokers and many more buyers.  My primary area is all of Rockland County but I have handled residential and commercial properties outside of this area.  Some of my salespeople are also located in other counties so their expertise is available to our clients as well.
